An Exceptional Event

By bringing together Miami’s powerful, influential, and driven women, we can help diminish the detrimental effects of domestic violence and human and sex trafficking on our local community.

No More Tears is a South Florida non-profit organization with a mission to assist and empower victims of human and sex trafficking.

Somy Ali, the founder and president of No More Tears, witnessed many injustices and violence growing up in Pakistan and during her teenage years while working as an actress in India.

Abuse and injustice affects everyone without regard to class or religion. After finishing her education, Somy registered No More Tears in 2006 to help victims of abuse that were brought to the U.S from various countries around the world.

Through her efforts at No More Tears, Somy raises awareness of the prevalence of human and sex trafficking in the local South Florida community. The honorable and daily efforts she and her volunteers make to help and rehabilitate its victims is steadily offering refuge and opportunity to victims that have nowhere else to turn.

All donations go directly to the No More Tears survivor programs, as no one at the organization takes a salary. These programs include the cost of doctors, immigration lawyers, rent, food, basic needs products, and many times English lessons, driving lessons, and courses that can help with job placement.
